Getting Help in Hong Kong, China

It's an Emergency, but do you know how to get help ?

It is all very well having First Aid and CPR knowledge, but contacting emergency services in Hong Kong can be a very different story.

Most people never stop to think about how to make an emergency call until they actually have to do it, by which time they are often distraught and very unlikely to think clearly.
